Boots

Boots from Asos

I bought these boots at the end of season Asos sale as I was in desperate need of new black everyday boots. I had literally worn the heel down in my last pair and I ended up wearing them for way longer than what I should have! This was due to the fact that I found it really hard to find another style of boots that I liked. I came across these ones on Asos and knew straight away that I needed them. However when they were delivered they weren't what I thought they would be like. When I wore them for the first time I felt like I was 5 years old again and sliding around the house in a pair of my mother's heels. I didn't give up though and I am now happy that I didn't as they are the perfect comfy pair of black everyday boots that I can wear to work or with jeans on the weekends.

Blossom

Bardot Beanie | Topshop Tank | Bardot Leather Leggings

I don't normally wear a lot of black clothing as my style tends to be more on the colourful and vivacious side of things. Although lately I've become obsessed with the sleek and polished look of an all black or monochrome look.
With this outfit I couldn't resist wearing this neon beanie from Bardot to add a pop of colour to my all black ensemble. I also couldn't resist snapping some photos in front of this gorgeous blossom tree with the sunlight filtering through.

A swipe of bright lipstick is the perfect make-up update for Friday night:

Candice Swanepoel shows how the bright lipstick can be balanced out by adding a light pink blusher to the cheeks so that it isnt so overpowering. Her bright eyes also add to the 'POP'.

you can never go wrong with bright lipstick for summer

Pants by Bardot, Top by Alice in the Eve, Boots by Asos, Sunglasses by Ray Ban

These amazingly comfortable faux leather pants have been my staple outfit piece this winter. They were such a bargain considering I've worn them almost every weekend throughout the season. I don't normally wear leggings due to the fact that I have a bootay, however with a shirt like this I can continue to wear the most comfy leggings I've ever come across and get away with it!
